LeaseFair is a UK-based service being developed to help small business owners understand their commercial leases. We are the data controller for any personal data collected during the waitlist period.

During the waitlist period, the only personal data we collect is your email address, submitted voluntarily when you join the waitlist.

We collect it for one purpose only: to notify you when LeaseFair goes live. We will not use it for any other marketing, and we will not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

We process your email address on the basis of consent — you chose to submit it to be notified about our launch. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us and we will remove you from the list.

Your email address is stored using the following services:

We will keep your email address until one of the following occurs:

• You ask us to remove you from the waitlist
• LeaseFair launches and we have notified you
• We decide not to proceed with the service

In any case, waitlist data will not be retained beyond 12 months from the date it was collected.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — request confirmation of whether we hold your email
• Erasure — ask us to remove you from the waitlist at any time
• Withdraw consent — at any time, with no consequence

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

During the waitlist period, LeaseFair does not use tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics collects anonymous, aggregated page view data only — no personal data is linked to these statistics.
